That's a good philosophy, Steve...for most bikers, that is! Quit working on it and just ride it! The strange thing with me is that I'd RATHER work on it and admire it and photograph it than RIDE it! I just don't feel at ease on ANY motorcycle anymore. When I had my bigger Kawasaki Vulcan a few months ago, I felt uneasy on it, so I sold it and told myself that I need a smaller, lighter, less powerful bike, so I bought a Savage, but nothing has changed...I still don't feel secure on this bike, and I've never had it over 40mph! When I ride it locally, I go 25-30 MPH, and NO FASTER! I haven't the nerve to take it on a real cruise more than 2 miles from home. This is the truth!
